This is a static information website. It does not contain a contact form, embedded Calendly scheduler, client-side analytics or advertising trackers. Calendly is linked as an external service.

This website is hosted by Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA. When the website is accessed, technical information required to deliver and secure the website may be processed. This can include the visitor’s IP address, date and time of access, requested file, referrer URL, browser and operating-system information, response status and transferred data volume.

The processing is based on Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The legitimate interests are the secure, stable and efficient provision of this website and the prevention of misuse. Data is retained only for as long as necessary for these purposes and in accordance with Netlify’s contractual and legal retention criteria.

Netlify may process data in the United States. According to Netlify, transfers are supported by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and, where applicable, by European Commission Standard Contractual Clauses.

3. No own analytics or marketing cookies

W&B does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel or comparable tracking tools on this landing page. No marketing or profiling cookies are deliberately set by W&B. Netlify Web Analytics should remain disabled unless this Privacy Policy is reviewed and updated accordingly.

When you contact W&B by email, the information you provide is processed to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare or perform a contractual relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual communication and Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for other business correspondence. Data is deleted when it is no longer required, subject to statutory retention duties.

5. Calendly appointment scheduling

The booking buttons on this website lead to an external Calendly page. Calendly is not embedded in this website. Data is therefore transmitted to Calendly only after you actively follow the link and use the service.

When you schedule a meeting, Calendly may process information such as your name, email address, selected appointment, time zone and any information you enter. For appointment data collected on behalf of W&B, W&B is the controller and Calendly acts as a processor. The processing is based on Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for pre-contractual or contractual appointment arrangements and, where applicable, Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for efficient scheduling.

Calendly, LLC is based in the United States. Calendly states that international transfers are supported by the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses. Calendly’s own privacy information applies when you visit its website.

6. Service Overview PDF and external links

The Service Overview PDF is hosted with this website. Downloading it may therefore create the same technical server log data described above. Links to third-party websites are governed by the privacy policies of the respective providers once you leave this website.

Personal data is disclosed only where this is necessary to operate the website, handle enquiries, arrange meetings, comply with legal obligations or establish, exercise or defend legal claims. Service providers are engaged under applicable data-protection requirements.
